Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
