Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
