Description
A quick and easy lasagna made with ravioli instead of traditional noodles. Ready in just 6 minutes in your crockpot.
Ingredients
- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 pound ground beef (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet if using. Drain fat.
- Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half the ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and parmesan.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for 6 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For vegetarian version, omit the ground beef.
- You can use fresh ravioli instead of frozen.
- Adjust cooking time if your crockpot runs hot.
