Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Optional: 1/4 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla butter-side down in the skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add optional vegetables if desired.
- Top with the second tortilla, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use a lid to help melt the cheese faster.
- Add cooked chicken or beef for extra protein.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
