Description

Delicious and healthy chocolate bombs filled with almond butter, perfect for a festive Christmas dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
  3. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds.
  4. Add a teaspoon of almond butter to each mold.
  5. Cover with more melted chocolate and freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Pop out the chocolate bombs and serve chilled.
