Description
Delicious and healthy chocolate bombs filled with almond butter, perfect for a festive Christmas dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds.
- Add a teaspoon of almond butter to each mold.
- Cover with more melted chocolate and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pop out the chocolate bombs and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
- Store in the fridge to keep them firm.
- Add chopped nuts for extra crunch if desired.
