Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer mozzarella, avocado, and tomato on the bread.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve.
