Description
A delicious twist on classic lasagna, combining the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with the convenience of a sheet pan meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles on the sheet pan. Spread half the beef mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle half the bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella over the beef.
- Repeat layers with 3 more noodles, remaining beef, bacon, and cheeses.
- Top with the last 3 noodles. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Garnish with chopped pickles before serving.
Notes
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
