Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bacon, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
