Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) little smokies sausages
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden toothpicks


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut bacon strips into thirds.
  3. Wrap each little smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Roll each bacon-wrapped smokie in the seasoning mixture.
