Description
Crispy bacon-wrapped mac and cheese bites make a perfect appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix macaroni, cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Scoop mac and cheese into small balls.
- Wrap each ball with a bacon slice.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
