Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until browned.
- Mix in refried beans and diced onions.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto tortillas and top with cheese.
- Fold tortillas into burrito shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chimichangas until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
