Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add the beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
  5. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
