Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir until thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with rice.

- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
