A delicious and easy-to-make shrimp casserole packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add shrimp, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in cooked rice and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
