Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add shrimp, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in cooked rice and transfer to a baking dish.
