Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (20 oz) frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cook sausage in skillet until browned
- Sprinkle flour over sausage, stir for 1 minute
- Gradually add milk while stirring until gravy thickens
- Cut biscuits into quarters
- Mix biscuits, hashbrowns, and gravy in baking dish
- Top with cheese
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden
