Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg whites, almond milk, and honey. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use unflavored protein powder for a neutral taste.
