Description

A high-protein, anabolic bread perfect for muscle building and healthy eating.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, egg whites, almond milk, and honey. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
