Description

Creamy and cheesy potatoes baked to perfection with Boursin cheese for a rich and flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer half the potato slices in the dish. Dot with half the Boursin cheese.
  3. Repeat with remaining potatoes and Boursin cheese.
  4. Pour heavy cream evenly over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with Gruyère cheese, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a mandoline for even potato slices.
  • Substitute Gruyère with Parmesan if preferred.
