Ingredients

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Scramble eggs in a bowl and cook in the same skillet until fluffy.
  4. Fill tortillas with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese. Roll tightly and place in a baking dish.
