Easy and quick breakfast muffins made on the griddle. Perfect for a morning meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Heat griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour batter onto griddle, forming small rounds.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Add berries or chocolate chips for variation.
- Serve warm with butter or syrup.
