Ingredients
- 500g potatoes, diced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the diced potatoes and sliced mushrooms with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
