Description
A quick and flavorful flatbread pizza topped with spicy buffalo chicken, cheese, and fresh veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush flatbread with olive oil and bake for 3 minutes to crisp slightly.
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Spread buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and blue cheese on top.
- Add red onion and celery.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
- Swap ranch for blue cheese dressing if preferred.
