Description

A quick and flavorful flatbread pizza topped with spicy buffalo chicken, cheese, and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil and bake for 3 minutes to crisp slightly.
  3. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  4. Spread buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and blue cheese on top.
  6. Add red onion and celery.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
