  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add orzo, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
