Description
A creamy and cheesy corn casserole made with cream cheese for a rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen corn.
- Adjust salt to taste.
