Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the pan.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the pan, let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice thinly.
- In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with mayonnaise and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Warm tortillas for 30 seconds in a dry pan or microwave.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
