Description
A rich and creamy dish featuring cheesy ground beef and tortellini in a garlic herb parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in parmesan, basil, and oregano.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Use fresh tortellini for best texture.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more parmesan or heavy cream.
