Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) can of Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 1 (16 oz) package of Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine Rotel and Velveeta over low heat.
  2. Stir frequently until cheese is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. If using ground beef, add cooked beef and stir well.
  4. Season with cumin and garlic powder if desired.
