Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken slices with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over each chicken slice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll up each chicken slice tightly.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each chicken roll-up.
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
