Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to make a roux.
  3. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
