Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
