Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  6. Add broccoli and water, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour sauce over and cook until thickened.
  8. Serve hot.
