Description
A simple and delicious Chinese chicken and broccoli stir-fry recipe that you can make at home.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add broccoli and water, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour sauce over and cook until thickened.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
