Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and dried

- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Poke each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic powder.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
