Description
Crispy spiral potatoes made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic snack. Perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes into spiral shapes.
- Soak the spirals in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the spirals dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the spirals with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the spirals in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook longer but check often.
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
