Description

Crispy spiral potatoes made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic snack. Perfect for Christmas gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes into spiral shapes.
  3. Soak the spirals in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and pat the spirals dry with a paper towel.
  5. Toss the spirals with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place the spirals in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Remove and serve warm.
