Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves black garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Peel and mince the black garlic.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, black garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
