Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until caramelized (about 20 minutes).
  3. Stir in rosemary and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Mix yogurt, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Fold in the caramelized onions.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
