Delicious and festive Christmas appetizer featuring cheddar-stuffed meatballs wrapped in bacon and glazed with BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form small meatballs, stuffing each with cheddar cheese.
- Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
