Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
