Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 4 whole wheat sandwich buns
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Shred cooked chicken and mix with hot sauce.
- Toast the whole wheat buns lightly.
- Spread Greek yogurt on the buns.
- Layer shredded lettuce, chopped celery, and buffalo chicken on the buns.
- Top with crumbled blue cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately.
