Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
