Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Place the frozen pierogi, kielbasa, onion, bell pepper, and cabbage in the crock pot.
