Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
