Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (low sodium)
  • 1 packet dry au jus gravy mix (low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops for 2 minutes per side.
  2. Place pork chops in the Crock-Pot.
  3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the pork chops.
  4. Pour beef broth and pepperoncini juice over the pork chops.
