Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (low sodium)
- 1 packet dry au jus gravy mix (low sodium)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops for 2 minutes per side.
- Place pork chops in the Crock-Pot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the pork chops.
- Pour beef broth and pepperoncini juice over the pork chops.
- Add sliced pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
