Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz whole wheat noodles
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
- Add soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the crockpot.
- Stir well and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Cook noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Add shredded carrots and green onions to the crockpot in the last 30 minutes.
- Mix in cooked noodles and sesame oil before serving.
