Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Slice beef, peppers, and onions thinly.
  2. Place beef, peppers, onions, garlic, pasta, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
  3. Stir to combine.
