Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve warm on whole-grain buns or over a salad.
