Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and sear for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer steak bites to the crockpot.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve warm.
