Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp mustard


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, pickle relish, and mustard to make the sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
  4. Spread a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately.
