Ingredients
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, pickle relish, and mustard to make the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spread a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately.
