A delicious and healthy chicken wrap with melted cheese and garlic flavor, perfect for a Christmas dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced chicken, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fully done.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20 seconds on each side.
  5. Spread Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
  6. Add cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  7. Fold the tortillas into wraps.
  8. Heat a pan and lightly toast the wraps for 1 minute on each side to melt the cheese.
  9. Serve immediately.
