Description
A delicious and healthy chicken wrap with melted cheese and garlic flavor, perfect for a Christmas dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fully done.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20 seconds on each side.
- Spread Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps.
- Heat a pan and lightly toast the wraps for 1 minute on each side to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use low-fat cheese for a healthier option.
- Add a dash of chili flakes for extra spice.
