Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
