A delicious and healthy Christmas dinner option featuring crab and artichoke.
Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with low-fat sour cream.
