Description
A festive and healthy Christmas dinner featuring salmon stuffed with crab and shrimp.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix crab, shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Make a slit in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh crab and shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or a side salad.
