Description

A festive and healthy Christmas dinner featuring salmon stuffed with crab and shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix crab, shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Make a slit in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm.
