Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced


Instructions
